NWS WEATHER ADVISORY

El Nino Is Lining Up
for Southern California

NOAA is tracking elevated Pacific moisture systems moving directly into Southern California this season. San Bernardino County sits in the projected path for the heaviest sustained rainfall in years.

Every week you wait is another week your roof faces it unprotected. One compromised flashing or cracked shingle is all it takes for water to find its way in. We are inspecting roofs in your neighborhood right now.

What We Do

You've Already Paid for One Bad Roof.
This One Needs to Last.

Every job comes with a written 10-year labor warranty. Not because we have to. Because we stand behind the work long after the crew leaves your driveway.

Roof Repair

Ceiling stain. Wet insulation. The same spot that was "fixed" last year. We track the leak to its actual source and fix it right. Not just the part you can see from the street.

Roof Replacement

When repair is just delaying the inevitable. Full tear-off, new decking where needed, GAF-certified materials, and a clean finish. Most jobs done in 1 to 3 days. Your neighbors won't even know we were there.

Storm Readiness Inspection

You can't see what's happening up there. Mario walks the entire roof, documents every weak point, and tells you exactly what can wait, what can't, and what the rain is going to find first. Free before the season hits.

New Roof Installation

New construction, additions, and permitted projects. We coordinate with your GC, pull permits, and show up on schedule. A delayed sub-contractor costs everyone money.

Re-Roofing

A code-compliant second layer where the structure qualifies. Faster install, lower cost. We'll also tell you honestly if your home isn't a good candidate for it. No upsell, no pressure.

Gutter Services

Clogged or damaged gutters are how a small rainstorm becomes a foundation problem. We clean, repair, and replace gutters so the water goes where it's supposed to go: away from your home.

Free Estimate

Know What You're Working With Before the First Storm Hits.

Most homeowners don't think about their roof until water shows up on the ceiling. By then, the damage is already done and the bill is bigger than it needed to be. Fill out the form and Mario will come out, walk the roof, and tell you the truth about what he finds.

Same-day response. We actually pick up the phone.

Mario walks your roof personally. No drive-by quotes.

We document everything your insurance adjuster needs

Financing available. No reason to put off a roof that needs replacing.

We had gotten burned by a contractor two years earlier who pocketed a deposit and disappeared. Mario was the opposite. He showed up when he said he would, explained everything, and didn't leave until the inspector signed off. I'm recommending him to everyone on our street.

I had three other roofers quote the job. Two didn't show up to the appointment, one gave me a vague number over the phone. Mario came out, walked the roof, showed me photos of what he found, and had a written quote in my inbox the same day. Roof was done in two days. Couldn't be happier.

Mario literally came out in the rain to do the estimate. Climbed up on the roof and everything. When he told me what he found I expected the worst. But he was straight with me about what actually needed to be done versus what could wait. That kind of honesty is rare.

Common Questions

The Questions Every Inland Empire Homeowner Asks Before Calling

Real answers. No sales pitch. If you still have questions after reading this, the estimate call is the place to ask them.

Is the El Niño forecast really a threat to my roof?

Yes, and more than most people realize. Southern California roofs sit under UV for 10 months a year, which dries out and cracks sealants, warps flashing, and degrades shingles faster than almost anywhere else in the country. Then El Niño brings heavy, sustained rainfall. The kind that finds every weakness. Most leaks don't happen because the roof is old. They happen because a small issue went undetected and then a big rainstorm pushed water through it. An inspection now costs nothing. Finding out after the storm costs a lot more.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes, in most situations, we typically do not have to deal with insurance. Most of our customers are looking into full replcements or repairs and are ready to move quickly. Storm damage claims get denied when the documentation is weak. We photograph everything, note every impact point or water entry, and put it in a format that gives your adjuster what they need to approve the claim. We don't bill insurance directly. You pay us, insurance reimburses you. but we'll walk you through how the process works at the estimate.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most repairs are done in one day. Full replacements typically run 1 to 3 days depending on square footage and what we find when the old material comes off. We'll give you a realistic window before we start. not a vague "two to four weeks." If something unexpected comes up mid-job, you hear about it the same day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Alpha Roofing Company holds California Contractors State License #1011190. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job. You can verify our license at any time through the CSLB at cslb.ca.gov.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing options are available. We'll go through the details at the estimate so you can see exactly what fits your budget. There's no obligation to decide on the spot.

Find Out Where Your Roof Stands.

No sales pitch. No commitment. Mario walks the roof, tells you exactly what he finds, and gives you a written number before he leaves. That's it.
